BLIND GUARDIAN Guitarist Interviewed By Norway's IMHOTEP (Audio)

Imhotep's Roy Kristensen recently conducted an interview with guitarist Marcus Siepen of German power metallers BLIND GUARDIAN. You can now listen to the chat in three parts below.

BLIND GUARDIAN will release its new album, "At The Edge Of Time", in North America on August 24 via Nuclear Blast Records. A deluxe-edition digipack with a bonus CD (six songs, one video, and a documentary) plus a code for exclusive content at a special fan-only site will also be available. A three-song single, "A Voice In The Dark", was released in Europe on June 25.

The artwork for "At The Edge Of Time" was created by Colombian artist Felipe Machado Franco (ICED EARTH, AT VANCE, AXEL RUDI PELL).

In a recent online posting, BLIND GUARDIAN vocalist Hansi Kürsch stated about the band's forthcoming CD, "This will be our most bombastic and epic album so far. Each and every song has a completely different approach in comparison to each other and one complements the other in a perfect way."
