BLOODSHED Part Ways With Drummer, Seek Replacement

June 20, 2006

Swedish death/black metallers BLOODSHED have parted ways with drummer Martin Karlsson and are currently seeking a replacement. If you are interested, e-mail the band at [email protected]. "Preferably include a short presentation of yourself and some sort of sample of your playing (links to mp3s or mail a CD)," the group write in a statement. "Since the rest of us live in Stockholm and rehearse on a regular basis, it might be a good thing if you live in the Stockholm area (others are of course welcome to apply too, if you're willing to make the trip a couple of times a week)."

BLOODSHED recently completed work on their full-length album, entitled "Stale Cold Cell Recital", due later in the year. The follow-up to the "Blade Eleventh" mini-CD, which was released last year via Cursed Division, was recorded at Necromorbus studio with producer Vidar Widgren.

"Stale Cold Cell Recital" projected track listing:

01. General Exodus
02. Cell
03. Hæreticus
04. Into...
05. Pieces
06. Headless Idol
07. Death Indulgence
08. Cravings
09. High End Return
10. Prophecies of Man
