BLOODSIMPLE Announce Release Date For 'A Cruel World'
January 13, 2005BLOODSIMPLE, the New York-based band featuring former members of VISION OF DISORDER, DOWNSET and MEDICATION, have set a March 29 release date through MUDVAYNE singer Chad Gray's Bullygoat label imprint (via Warner Bros.) for their debut album, "A Cruel World". A three-song sampler will be released to radio stations on January 29.
As previously reported, three tracks from "A Cruel World" have been made available for preview at MySpace.com. Check out the songs "Straight Hate", "Falling Backwards" and "Blood In Blood Out" at this location.
The disc was recorded over the last several months in Vancouver B.C. with producer Garth Richardson, who has previously worked with RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, MUDVAYNE, SLIPKNOT and CHEVELLE. The album was mixed by Mike Fraser (HATEBREED).
The first video from "A Cruel World" was shot last month in New York City.
