BLOODY MARY: In Writing Mode

Italian goth rock band BLOODY MARY are in the middle of the songwriting sessions for their follow-up to last year's debut release, "Blood N' Roll" (Sixsixsix Records),tentively titled "Party Music for Graveyards". The band are planning to record a cover of THE DOCTOR AND THE MEDICS version of "Spirit in the Sky", which is slated to feature a guest appearance by the original vocalist "The Doctor". A late 2006/early 2007 release is expected.

In other news, BLOODY MARY will return to the U.K. to play a one-off headlining show at Camden Koko Club on Saturday, May 20.

Sixsixsix Records is the new independent metal label founded by CRADLE OF FILTH bassist Dave Pybus.
