BRAINSTORM: New Album Delayed

November 26, 2004

German power metallers BRAINSTORM have decided to postpone the release of their upcoming album, "Liquid Monster", to April 4, 2005 from the previously announced February 28, 2005. "We simply want to give the best possible album to our fans, and due to some changes in the time schedule of the recordings, we got a chance to take some more time,” commented guitar player Torsten Ihlenfeld. "Mark my words, it will be worth the wait!"

A CD-single, "All Those Words", will be released on March 7, 2005 via Metal Blade Records. It will include new songs as well as unreleased tracks and video clips and is meant as an appetizer for greater things to come.

“This album will fullfill your high expectations”, says Torsten. “We are simply overwhelmed by the new songs and the recording process which is running very smooth by now.”

As a result of the delay in the release of the new single and album, BRAINSTORM's European tour in support of the CD has also been pushed back. Support on the trek will come from AT VANCE and MERCENARY.
