BRET MICHAELS: More Details Revealed About New Year's Eve Bash

Notorious for throwing the wildest rock and roll parties ever, POISON singer Bret Michaels will ring in 2008 with his "Rock of Love"-style New Year's Eve event at the Myth in Maplewood, MN.

Primed and ready for his second season on VH1's "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels", set to premiere in early 2008, rock's most eligible bachelor will headline this 21-plus affair which will also be filmed for VH1 and features FIREHOUSE as the opening act.

Tickets, which include complimentary drink service all night, go on sale Saturday, October 20 at 11:00 a.m. at the Myth Box Office or through Ticketmaster.

Bret Michaels recently took his show on the road to entertain U.S. troops. Performing some of his chart-topping singles such as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and "Somethin' to Believe In", as well as new solo material from his upcoming album "Custom Built", Bret brought good-time rock and roll to military personnel stationed throughout Southwest Asia.

After returning from his jaunt to Iraq, Michaels is busy in preparation for "Rock of Love 2".

The season finale of "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels" attracted 5.4 million total viewers and was also the #1 program on cable for the night.
