BUCKCHERRY: Entire New Album Available Via TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes

September 9, 2008

BUCKCHERRY's much-anticipated fourth effort, "Black Butterfly" (Eleven Seven Music/Atlantic Records) goes on sale September 15, but starting September 9, fans can listen to the album in its entirely on 10,000 TouchTunes digital jukeboxes nationwide. The announcement was made by Ron Greenberg, CMO, TouchTunes.

"BUCKCHERRY hits 'Crazy Bitch' and 'Sorry' have consistently been among the top plays on the TouchTunes network; so we are very excited to be chosen to offer our listeners this unique opportunity to hear what's new from BUCKCHERRY," said Greenberg.

In addition to offering the "Black Butterfly" advance, TouchTunes will be promoting a special BUCKCHERRY ringtone offer from the album. Text 2DRUNK to 33133 and the band's endearingly inappropriate lead single, "Too Drunk…", is yours to raise eyebrows . . . and glasses.

Fans who liked BUCKCHERRY's "15", will love "Black Butterfly". "Black Butterfly" is perfectly suited for pre-release on TouchTunes — it is a party record, thoroughly enjoyed in the company of others around a jukebox.

BUCKCHERRY frontman Josh Todd says, "We spent longer on the writing process for 'Black Butterfly' than for any of our other records. We wanted to make sure that we had the goods, because '15' was a great record. We want to continue to elevate our game."
