BURDEN OF GRIEF Completes Work On New Album; Audio Available

German death/thrash metal act BURDEN OF GRIEF has completed work on its fourth full-length album, "Death End Road", tentatively due in March 2007. The follow-up to 2004's "Fields of Salvation" was recorded at Krachgarten Tonstudio in Kassel, Germany and was mixed at Jailhouse Studios in Denmark with producer Tommy Hansen (HELLOWEEN, PRETTY MAIDS, HATESPHERE).

"After some important line-up changes during that last year we have finally found our self-confidence again, and we can't expect to release our new record," the band writes on its web site.

BURDEN OF GRIEF recently announced the departure of guitarist Ulrich Busch and bassist Dirk Bulmahn. Replacing them in the group's current lineup are guitarist Johannes "Joe" Rudolph (GUTLOCK) and bassist Florian Bauer (TWILIGHT PROPHECIES).
