San Diego's CAGE has cancelled its appearance at the Kansas City Power Metal Fest 2008, set to take place August 8-9 at the The Riot Room in Kansas City, Missouri. Meanwhile, veteran California metallers VICIOUS RUMORS have been added to the event as Friday night's co-headliners alongside LEATHORWOLF.
