CALIBAN: New Video Interview Available

September 29, 2008

Hungarian metal magazine "Kettõnégy" recently conducted an interview with the German metalcore act CALIBAN. Watch the chat below. (Note: The clip also features performance footage.)

CALIBAN is currently working on it seventh album for a tentative March/April 2009 relese via an as-yet-undisclosed label. According to the band, the new songs are "going to turn out a lot more somber compared to the last [CD]!" The artwork will be created by Basti Basti of CALLEJON, who has previously worked with such bands as HEAVEN SHALL BURN and WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH.

CALIBAN's sixth album, "The Awakening", was released in North America on October 23, 2007 via Century Media Records. The CD was produced by Benny Richter and was originally issued in Europe on May 25, 2007 via Roadrunner Records. The album peaked at number 36 on the German album charts. A limited digipak edition was released, which also came with a bonus patch.
