CANDLELIGHT And ARCTIC MUSIC GROUP Ink U.S. Distribution Agreement

February 16, 2004

Candlelight Records and Arctic Music Group have signed an agreement that will see all catalog and new releases from the Florida-based label distributed in the United States via Candlelight Records. The first new recordings to be made available via the agreement include Hungary's STEREOCHRIST and Finland's TOTAL DEVASTATION.

Arctic President Scott Hecker says, "Arctic Music was formed to provide an opportunity for less than mainstream bands to distribute their music to a larger audience. Our new cooperation with Candlelight Records will greatly assist Arctic Records to meet that goal and we are very excited."

Arctic Music Group was formed by Hecker with MALEVOLENT CREATION guitarist Phil Fasciana in June 2000. The label has released nearly 20 albums, including titles from MALEVOLENT CREATION, HATEPLOW and KULT OV AZAZEL, amongst others.

Candlelight Records, headquartered in London, opened U.S. offices in January 2001. Based in Philadelphia, the label is distributed exclusively in the U.S. by Caroline Distribution, in Canada by PHD Canada, and throughout the rest of the world by Plastichead Music Distribution.
