Nikki Blakk of the "Metal Zone" show, which airs on the San Francisco, California radio station 107.7 The Bone, conducted an interview with vocalist George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher of Florida death metallers CANNIBAL CORPSE prior to the band's May 5, 2010 concert at Slim's in San Francisco. CANNIBAL CORPSE is filming two shows in early May for an upcoming DVD release. The concerts are being shot and directed by Denise Korycki (Wild Wind Productions),who also helmed the band's "Centuries Of Torment - The First 20 Years" DVD.

"Centuries of Torment", which came out July 2008, was certified platinum in Canada last year just before the crushing release of the band's new album, "Evisceration Plague". The DVD sold 2,100 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 8 on the Top Music Videos chart.

CANNIBAL CORPSE is taking part in the band's first headline run since it appeared on the Hot Topic stage on 2009's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Joining CANNIBAL CORPSE on "The Evisceration Plague Tour" are SKELETONWITCH, LECHEROUS NOCTURNE and 1349 on select dates.

"The Evisceration Plague Tour" kicked off on Tuesday, April 20 in Orlando, Florida and finishes up in Tampa, Florida on Saturday, May 15.
