CARNAL FORGE: Video Footage From 'Non Existence' Recording Sessions Posted Online
July 20, 2009Swedish thrash metal band CARNAL FORGE returned to the studio late last month to record the vocals for a new track called "Non Existence". The song will appear on the band's next album, tentatively due in January 2010. An accompanying music video will be filmed soon.
Behind-the-scenes footage from the "Non Existence" vocal-recording sessions can be viewed below.
CARNAL FORGE's current lineup includes the band's latest additions, Peter Tuthill on vocals and Dino Medanhodzic on guitar.
Commented the group: "All the vocals have now been recorded, and the band is very thrilled about how it all sounds! Dino will be recording his guitar solo on the track on July 27th, and then the song will be mixed. Since the recordings of the vocals were postponed a couple of weeks due to technical difficulties, the video recording has also been postponed a bit. But hang in there... This track is definitely a killer worth waiting for!"
A sample of the audition recordings Peter did with CARNAL FORGE in November 2007 is available for download at this location (song: "Burning Eden").
CARNAL FORGE's latest album, "Testify for My Victims", was released in the U.S. in May 2007 via Candlelight Records.
