CATALYST To Open For CARNIVORE In Connecticut

West Hartford, Connecticut-based tech-death band CATALYST, featuring several ex-members of CAPHARNAUM, will open for CARNIVORE at Toad's Place in New Haven, CT on Friday, September 1. Also appearing on the bill are SEVENTH VOID (the band featuring TYPE O NEGATIVE members Johnny Kelly and Kenny Hickey),and Connecticut's EYES OF THE DEAD.

CATALYST's current demo, which was produced and mixed by friend and former bandmate Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, GOD FORBID, CHIMAIRA) and was mastered by Jim Morris, is available for download at the group's MySpace page.

CATALYST has previously opened for bands like OPETH, MESHUGGAH, SUFFOCATION, ENSLAVED, ALL THAT REMAINS and BLOOD HAS BEEN SHED. The band is about to begin tracking for its debut album on a yet-to-be-determined label.
