CAULDRON BORN: 'Born Of The Cauldron' Being Reissued

January 4, 2008

Stormspell Records will re-release CAULDRON BORN's "Born of the Cauldron" LP on January 7.

According to a press release "Born of the Cauldron" is "undoubtedly one of the best U.S. power metal gems from the mid-'90s! A honest, crunchy epic metal, with soaring high-pitched vocals, and sword and sorcery/fantasy lyrics based on Robert E. Howard stories. The album quickly generated cult status in the underground, and faithful and dedicated support by many fans worldwide. The original pressing on Undergroound Symphony from a decade ago has been sold out ever since, and became hot collector's item, often clocking $100+ on eBay. Now, thanks to Stormspell Records everyone should be able to obtain it for a fraction of that price!"

The album has been remastered from the original DAT tapes by Corbin King (VAINGLORY),packaged with 12-page stapled booklet with revamped artwork, new introduction and liner notes written by Howie Bentley, and one exclusive bonus track added as bonus: cover version of "Lucifer's Hammer" by the mighty WARLORD.

This 10th-anniversary hand-numbered edition, limited to 1000 copies, will be released in three versions:

1. Limited die-hard combo package, including: hand-numbered CD + T-shirt + 4" embroidered patch + signed plectrum (sold out)

2. Fan pack, including: CD + 4" embroidered logo patch + signed plectrum (available)

3. Regular edition, including: hand-numbered CD (available)
