CELLADOR Guitarist Comments On KING DIAMOND Tour Cancellation

November 23, 2007

Guitarist Bill Hudson of the Nebraska-based power metallers CELLADOR has issued the following update:

Alright, we've been getting tons of e-mails asking us whether the tour with KING DIAMOND, KREATOR and LEAVES' EYES is entirely cancelled or only the King is out of it.

"My honest answer as of right now is: I DON'T KNOW.

"I talked to our booking agent (John Finberg at First Row Talent, the guy who put the tour together) yesterday and he told me he's been working on a 'plan B' for three days and nobody more than him wanted this tour to happen. I can tell he's really bummed about it.

"It's almost funny, but ever since that happened, it seems like some of the bands are having problems. LEAVES' EYES has just parted ways with two members and we're having some problems I'd rather not talk about just yet. But what I CAN say is that we were supposed to be at the studio right now and the recordings were postponed.

"Now, another question we've been getting is: 'Is the January/February tour cancelled?' I do have an answer for that: NO, IT'S NOT.

"We will not cancel any shows on that tour. It starts on January 15th in Charlotte, NC and ends on February 10th in Houston, TX. About March 22nd - May 7th, please just sit tight. We'll announce something real soon. I really don't know what, but there will be something!"
