CENTINEX To Headline U.K.'s INFERNAL DAMNATION FESTIVAL

March 11, 2005

Arcane Promotions, in association with Zero Tolerance magazine, is presenting the second annual Infernal Damnation Festival, taking place at The Electrowerkz, London on Saturday April 30. Doors open at 2 p.m.

Headlining the event are CENTINEX from Sweden who are set to lay waste to the audience with their razor-sharp blackened assault. Supporting them, as very special guests, are the U.K.'s very own MANTAS, featuring Jeff Mantas, founding member of the fathers of black metal, VENOM. Set to air tracks their recent "Zero Tolerance" opus as well as some VENOM classics, they provide the perfect addition to this day of darkness.

DIAMANTHIAN and DESOLATION spearhead the support acts, undoubtedly two of the most promising bands to emerge from the U.K. scene in recent times. RAZOR OF OCCAM, featuring a member of DESTROYER 666, make their U.K. debut with their old-school, intense black metal with a thrash edge.

Underground black metal act ARCHAICUS make their first major appearance in London at the festival, and are set to show why they have created quite a stir within the cult U.K. scene. London-based NECROSADISTIC GOAT TORTURE make a welcome return to the festival after their excellent opening slot last year, and this time are supported by IRONY OF CHRIST (who recently opened for CARPATHIAN FOREST in London) and an up and coming band to watch — NECRO RITUAL.

A large selection of stalls and merchandise will be available on the day.
