CERBERUS Parts Ways With Guitarist, Seeks Replacement

September 3, 2007

Los Angeles-based thrashers CERBERUS have issued the following update:

"We sadly have to say that Sean Olk [lead guitar] has parted ways with CERBERUS for personal reasons. He wants to pursue other things in life, and the band is holding him back from doing that. We wish him the best of luck with everything, but we must go on. He will be playing the next couple shows with us though, so promoters, dont be alarmed. In the meantime, we will be auditioning lead guitarists, so if you think you got what it takes, read the criteria below and get in touch with Lanny at 818-427-2381 or [email protected]."

CERBERUS lead guitarist requirements:

* Between the ages of 18-25
* Have professional gear
* Own transportation
* Can drop everything to go on tour full time
* Preferably have tour experience (not necessary)

CERBERUS' latest album, entitled "Dispute the Truth", was released in April via Creator-Destructor Records. The CD was recorded and produced at Castle Ultimate studios in Emeryville, CA with engineer Zack Ohren (LIGHT THIS CITY, ANIMOSITY, ALL SHALL PERISH).
