CHAINSAW To Release New Album In January

Metal Mind Productions has set a January 21, 2008 European release date (March 18 in the U.S. via MVD) for CHAINSAW's second full-length album, "The Journey Into The Heart Of Darkness".

Formed in 1997, the Polish band started by playing covers of groups like BLACK SABBATH, DEEP PURPLE, METALLICA and KISS. Their first success came at the end of 1997 when CHAINSAW won a "talent show" award at an annual contest for young bands. By that time, the band had already started to write its own material.
