'Chaos' DJ FULL METAL JACKIE Lands VJ Slot On HOLLYWOOD MUSIC's Metal Program

September 12, 2006

Radio personality Full Metal Jackie, best known for her two-hour Wednesday night metal program known as "Chaos" on the Los Angeles alternative radio station Indie 103.1, has signed on to the Internet-only music video channel Hollywood Music Television as the new VJ for its heavy metal specialty channel "Head Full Of Metal".

Jackie has worked in the radio programming industry for almost 10 years, which included her first major stint as an intern at KNAC.COM for two years before landing her current job at Indie 103.1 as the host of "Chaos" in mid-2004. Since then she has excelled at interviewing some of the biggest names in hard rock and heavy metal, ranging from Alice Cooper to Devin Townsend to Tommy Lee to Kerry King, as well as promoting and sponsoring several heavy metal festivals in the Los Angeles/Orange County area such as Unholy Alliance, Gigantour and the Strhess tours. Jackie's first major assignment as the new VJ for "Head Full Of Metal" was interviewing several bands from this past weekend's Gigantour shows in southern California. You can watch the clips on www.hollywoodmusic.tv.

Hollywood Music Television is an Internet-based music video station that has been actively promoting independent music worldwide for nearly a decade. It has also been active in promoting up-and-coming bands such as SHADOW DROP on its own record label Askaic Records. The station also has its own site on MySpace at this location.
