CHILDREN OF BODOM: 'Hatebreeder' Deluxe Edition Due In July

According to a post at Scythes-Of-Bodom.com, Nuclear Blast Records will release a deluxe edition of CHILDREN OF BODOM's "Hatebreeder" album on July 18. In addition to the album's nine original tracks, the CD will include a bonus cut, the "Downfall" video and a screensaver.

In other news, CHILDREN OF BODOM will once again be featured on the next installment of the "Monsters of Metal" DVD compilation. COB are expected to appear with their clip for the track "Trashed, Lost & Strungout". The compilation is tentatively due in September.

CHILDREN OF BODOM are currently recording their new album, "Are You Dead Yet?" at a studio in Helsinki, Finland with producer Mikko Karmila. Nine songs are expected to appear on the follow-up to 2003's "Hate Crew Deathroll", including "Are You Dead Yet?", "In Your Face", "Punch Me I Bleed" and partial re-recording of "Trashed, Lost & Strungout" (featuring new vocals and guitar leads).

"Are You Dead Yet?" is scheduled for release in September via Spinefarm Records.
