CHILDREN OF BODOM's ALEXI LAIHO Talks Technique, Gear (Video)

October 25, 2010

On October 20, Anthony Lawrence of the Rock House Method conducted an interview with guitarist/vocalist Alexi Laiho of Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. You can now watch the chat below.

Alexi has already released two DVDs through Rock House — titled "Metal Guitar, Melodic Speed, Shred & Heavy Riffs Level 1 & 2" — and his third DVD, which is due before the end of the year, will feature guitar lessons that reach further inside his inspirational techniques.

Alexi has his own signature Model ESP guitar, has appeared on more than 50 magazine covers around the world, has made Guitar World's list of the top 100 metal guitarist of all time in 2004, and has appeared on the cover of Guitar World in January 2005 with Steve Vai and Zakk Wylde, which — along with his mastery of the guitar — have propelled him into one of today's most noted guitar players.

Rock House has developed an accelerated yet easy-to-use system of learning that utilizes the functionality of DVD and Print, integrated with the accessibility of the Internet. Aspiring musicians who have a product produced by Rock House receive free membership to www.rockhousemethod.com for 24-7 lesson support.
