CHILDREN OF BODOM: 'Smile Pretty For The Devil' Video Posted Online

September 11, 2008

"Smile Pretty for the Devil", the new video from the Finnish metal band CHILDREN OF BODOM, can be viewed below. (Note: Video stream may not be available to some non-U.S. residents.) The clip will make its world television premiere this Saturday, September 13, kicking off MTV2's long-running "Headbanger's Ball" program. The video was directed by Sandra Marschner for Katapult Filmproduktion.

"Smile Pretty for the Devil" is taken from CHILDREN OF BODOM's new album, "Blooddrunk", which landed at position No. 22 on The Billboard 200 chart after selling over 19,000 copies in its first week of release.

CHILDREN OF BODOM's U.S. headlining tour, which kicks off tonight (September 11) in Baltimore, Maryland, will feature support from BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER. The major-market trek will represent the influential metal band’s first U.S. headlining jaunt in support of its latest album, "Blooddrunk" and follows the quintet's red-hot spring North American Gigantour dates as hand-picked support for heavy-music legends MEGADETH.
