CHRIS CORNELL Cancels Miami, St. Petersburg Shows After Shoulder Injury Worsens
December 4, 2013SOUNDGARDEN/ex-AUDIOSLAVE singer Chris Cornell has canceled his December 5 and December 6 concerts at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, Florida and the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida, respectively
After Chris was forced to scrap the November 27 show in Delaware to rest his shoulder for two days, he returned to the tour in Atlanta at Center Stage last night. This morning, the doctor has advised complete rest as the injury has worsened.
Cornell's current "Songbook" shows highlight songs from throughout his career.
This is the first time North American fans are getting to hear acoustic arrangements of songs from 2012's critically acclaimed "King Animal", SOUNDGARDEN's first new studio album in over 16 years.

Cornell has issued three solo albums. The last one, 2009's "Scream", was trashed by critics and fans for abandoning Cornell's rock roots for an urban pop sound.
