CHRIS CORNELL To Guest On 'The Henry Rollins Show'

Former AUDIOSLAVE/SOUNDGARDEN singer Chris Cornell will be the featured guest on "The Henry Rollins Show" on the Independent Film Channel (IFC) on Friday, May 11 at 11:00 p.m. EST. A repeat broadcast is scheduled for Saturday, May 12 at 5:45 a.m. EST.

"The Henry Rollins Show" description: Henry Rollins unveils the independent alternative to late night programming with his unique take on music, film politics and pop culture with the help from intelligent celebrity guests and the most eclectic musical performances on television.

In other news, Cornell will play a four-song acoustic set on Philadelphia's 93.3 WMMR on Friday, April 20 at 3:00 p.m.

Cornell will film a video for the song "Arms Around Your Love" over a two-day period in New York City. Helming the shoot will be Caswell Coggins, who recently worked with THE CRANBERRIES singer Dolores O'Riordan on her "Ordinary Day" clip.

The lead-off U.K. single from Cornell's new solo album, "Carry On", "Arms Around Your Love" is scheduled for release on May 21, with the album following on May 28 (the U.S. release is scheduled for June 5 via Suretone/Interscope).
