COLD BLUE REBELS Completes Work On Debut Album
October 22, 2010COLD BLUE REBELS, the band featuring vocalist Mickey Finn of JETBOY alongside Joe Normal (guitar) and Danny Dangerous (bass) of ZEROS plus former GLAMOUR PUNKS skins basher Spazz Draztik on the drums, has completed work on its debut album, "Blood, Guts, n' Rock & Roll", for a January 11, 2011 release via Horror High, LLC. The CD artwork is being created by D.A. Frizell who has worked on such projects as AVENGED SEVENFOLD (illustrator on "Nightmare" and "Book Of Nightmares" and litho),Michale Graves (cover art for "Punk Rock Is Dead"),SEVENDUST (cover and interiors on "Cold Day Memory") and DISTURBED ("Decade Of Disturbed" movie poster).
COLD BLUE REBELS recently finished tracking the last six songs for "Blood, Guts, n' Rock & Roll" in Orange County, with Brent Clawson from BULLETS AND OCTANE handling the production duties.
Imagine how the Munsters and THE CLASH would look and sound slashing away at Elvis and Johnny Cash while the STRAY CATS and Alice Cooper looked on, that's what the COLD BLUE REBELS have to offer... Fun psycho-horror-rockabilly at its spooky finest!
