COMPOS MENTIS Begins Recording New Album

June 26, 2008

Danish death metallers COMPOS MENTIS have issued the following update:

"As you might know, we have just begun recording our third album (working title: 'Our Kingdom of Decay') in the CB Studios in Holsted, Denmark. The recording will take place in different sessions, the last one ending on the 24th of August and during the process we will upload pictures, video clips and news regarding the recording to our blog, which is hosted by Revolution-Music.dk. Check it out regularly to see what is going on!

"Concerts in the fall: it has been a while since our last concert as we have focused on writing material for the forthcoming album. However, when the current recordings are done, we will return to set our kingdom on fire! Nothing is totally scheduled yet, but we are planning tours with both CHAOSWAVE and FAIRYTALE ABUSE in the late fall, so keep an eye out for tour dates on our website."

COMPOS MENTIS' second album, "Gehennesis", was released in March 2007 via Mighty Music. The band has since parted ways with the label.
