COREY TAYLOR On STONE SOUR Visiting Australia; Video Available

April 16, 2007

STONE SOUR has uploaded a quick video message from frontman Corey Taylor in anticipation of the band's Australian tour. Check it out at YouTube.

A 22-minute audio interview with STONE SOUR/SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor, conducted earlier this month by Suzy Cole of Detroit's WRIF 101.1 FM, has been posted online at this location (Windows Media).

Taylor told New Jersey college radio station WSOU on April 6 that SLIPKNOT will begin recording a new CD before the end of the year. Taylor also added that SLIPKNOT will release at least one more album together. The group's last effort, the million-plus selling "Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses)", came out in 2004. STONE SOUR, which also features SLIPKNOT guitarist Jim Root, is on the road promoting its second album, "Come What(ever) May", which has sold more than 500,000 copies since its release last August.

The latest single from "Come What(ever) May" is "Sillyworld".

SLIPKNOT recently released a DVD called "Voliminal: Inside The Nine".
