April 9, 2007STONE SOUR/SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor was interviewed by 89.5 FM WSOU Seton Hall's Pirate Radio last Friday (April 6) before STONE SOUR's show in New York. A lucky contest winner was also on hand to ask some questions. During the interview, Taylor apparently stated that SLIPKNOT will release at least one more album and that they should begin recording before the end of the year.
The interview will air this Friday (April 13) between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. People can listen online at www.wsou.net.
STONE SOUR kicked off the spring edition of the Jägermeister Music Tour on March 23 in St. Paul, Minnesota, with LACUNA COIL and SHADOWS FALL along for the ride. The Jägermeister run is slated to last through May 4, when it winds down in STONE SOUR's hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. STONE SOUR heads to Australia and Japan a week later.
The second STONE SOUR album, "Come What(ever) May", has sold over half a million copies since its release last August.
The CD's latest single is called "Sillyworld". A video for the song has been posted online at YouTube.com.
