COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN: Another New Song Posted Online

December 10, 2007

St. Petersburg, Florida-based death/black metallers COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN — whose current lineup includes DEICIDE drummer Steve Asheim — have posted another new song, entitled "Seeking the Prophets", on their MySpace page. The track is expected to be included on the band's forthcoming album, "An Examination of Being", due sometime next year via an as-yet-undetermined record label.

COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN recently announced the addition of guitarist Santiago Dobles from the progressive metal band AGHORA.

Commented the group: "The permanent line-up is now 100% solidified. One listen to the solo at the end of 'As If A Rose I Wither' [also available for streaming on the group's MySpace profile] and it was crystal clear that Santiago was a perfect fit to finalize the COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN camp. We are honored to have him aboard!"

COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN is:

Kevin Quirion - Guitars/Vocals
Santiago Dobles - Lead Guitar
Steve Asheim - Drums
Scott Patrick - Bass
