January 18, 2008

CRADLE TO GRAVE, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based band featuring ex-AGGRESSION guitarist Denis "Sasquatch" Barthe, has uploaded the songs "Broken God" and "Light", from the group's forthcoming album "Texas Medicine", due out March 18 on Year of the Sun Records. The songs are available online at the band's MySpace page.

"Texas Medicine" was recorded at Speaker Freaker Studios in Surrey, British Columbia. The album, which was mixed and mastered by Devin Townsend (LAMB OF GOD, DARKEST HOUR, GWAR),is described as "a unique mixture of crushing '80s hardcore crossover, high-velocity riffs, and a pummeling thrash metal attack. This huge sludgy slab of metal will fit into CD collections somewhere in between SUPERJOINT RITUAL and SLAYER."

The band has also revealed the cover art for the album at this location.
