CRIMINAL ELEMENT To Enter Studio In March

January 30, 2008

CRIMINAL ELEMENT will head in the studio in March to start recording its debut full-length, "Guilty As Charged". The new CD will feature such songs as "Blood Money", "Unjust Incarceration", "Habitual Offender" and "Smash and Grab". You can hear demo versions of these tracks on the band's MySpace profile.

The lineup for this album will be Adam Jarvis (MISERY INDEX) on drums, Derek Boyer (SUFFOCATION) on bass, Mark Kloeppel (MISERY INDEX) and Darrin Morris (SEALED FATE) on guitar, with Vince Matthews (ex-DYING FETUS) on vocals. Also featured on vocals throughout the whole album will be John Gallagher (DYING FETUS) and Jason Netherton (MISERY INDEX). This will be the first time that both John and Jason have done vocals together since DYING FETUS' "Destroy The Opposition".

CRIMINAL ELEMENT has two releases available right now: the "Criminally Contaminated" seven-inch on Relapse Records and "Career Criminal" EP on Emetic Records.
