CRIMINAL ELEMENT To Release New Mini-CD In The Fall

June 23, 2006

CRIMINAL ELEMENT — the band featuring Vince Matthews (DYING FETUS) on vocals, Terrance Hobbs (SUFFOCATION) on guitar, Derek Boyer (SUFFOCATION) on bass, Joe Cincotta (CATASTROPHIC) on guitar, Rob Maresca (CATOSTROPHIC, PYREXIA) on drums, and Chris Yuastella on backing vocals — will release a new mini-CD, entitled "Career Criminal", though Emetic Records this fall. It will feature eight brand-new songs, including "Career Criminal" and "Bitchslapped", rough-mix versions of which have been posted online at this location. In addition, there are lyrical submissions from Jason Netherton (DYING FETUS, MISERY INDEX) and Bruce Craig (COVENANCE). Expect many more guest appearances by well-known artists in the underground scene.

CRIMINAL ELEMENT will be issuing a three-song seven-inch single, entitled "Criminally Contaminated", on Relapse Records this summer.
