CRONIAN: BORKNAGAR Side-Project Complete Work On Debut Album

January 2, 2006

CRONIAN (formerly ION),the Norwegian/Swedish project featuring BORKNAGAR members Oystein G. Brun (guitars and programming) and Vintersorg (vocals and programming),have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Well, after a month of intense work we are happy to announce that the production of [the debut album] 'Terra' is finished. The album was mixed at Waves Studios the weekend before Jol (X-mas). The freezing weather in the Northern part of Sweden made it an unforgetable memory for both of us. We had a great and constructive time, and hopefully that will be proven when our album is out in not so distant future. We are very proud of the result and are looking forward to unleash the album throughout the world!

"The album will most likely be released during the end of March, a more specific date will be issued soon!

"The album was mastered by Dan Swanö at Unisound. Mr. Swanö did an amazing job, thanx man!"

CRONIAN's "Terra" will be released via Century Media Records. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Cronian", "The Alp", "Iceolated" and "Nonexistence".
