CRYPTOPSY Interviewed On METAL NATION RADIO (Audio)

August 21, 2013

Trev "Sin City Animal" McKendry of Metal Nation Radio recently conducted an interview with drummer Flo Mournier and vocalist Matt McGachy of Canadian extreme metallers CRYPTOPSY. You can now listen to the chat using the widget below.

CRYPTOPSY reunited with its original vocalist Lord Worm to perform a medley of tracks from the band's 1994 debut album, "Blasphemy Made Flesh", during an appearance at the eighth edition of the Amnesia Rockfest on June 15 in Montebello, Quebec, Canada.

CRYPTOPSY parted ways with Lord Worm (a.k.a. Dan Greening) in April 2007. No reason was given for Lord Worm's departure, but according to guitarist Alex Auburn, the vocalist was "kicked out" of the band and didn't leave of his own accord (an account later disputed by Lord Worm).

The self-titled album from CRYPTOPSY was released in the U.S. on November 20, 2012 via Cryptopsy/Defen Society in association with Revolution Harmony/Candlelight Records.
