CYNIC Replaces 3 INCHES OF BLOOD At Holland's ZWARTE CROSS Festival

Reactivated progressive metallers CYNIC have been confirmed for the Zwarte Cross festival, set to take place July 25-27 in Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands. They will replace 3 INCHES OF BLOOD which cancelled its appearance at the event. Also newly confirmed for the Aardschok Jgermeister Stage are THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT, WHY SHE KILLS, HEIDEVOLK, DEVIOUS and CHIRAW.

A total of 100 bands and acts will perform at the festival, which last year was attended by 93,000 people.

Friday, July 25:

Friday admittance is 15 euros, Saturday and Sunday is 17.50 euros. Also scheduled to appear on the main stage are SAXON, THE ANSWER, URIAH HEEP and PRESIDENTS OF THE USA, among others.

This is the first year that the rock event which is organized by the guys from Jovink en de Voederbietels (a Dutch group) has a metal stage (de Metalweide).
