DAATH Cancels Florida Dates Due To Surgery

Recent Roadrunner signees DAATH (pronounced like "goth," but with a "D") were forced to cancel three shows in Florida as a result of guitarist Eyal Levi's surgery to remove his appendix. The affected dates are as follows:

Jul. 24 - the Daily Grind – Pensacola, FL
Jul. 25 - the Pit - Jacksonville, FL
Jul. 26 - Big Daddy's - Tallahassee, FL

DAATH's next live appearance will take place on Friday, July 28 at At The Ducks Inn in Evansville, Indiana.

DAATH recently spent time in the studio working on material for their debut album, "The Hinderers", for a fall release. Besides the title track, some other songs set to appear include "Festival Mass Soulform", "Ovum", "Above Lucium" and "Who Will Take The Blame". The CD is being produced by guitarist-turned-producer James Murphy (DISINCARNATE, OBITUARY, DEATH, TESTAMENT),who makes a guest appearance on the album, as does former CHIMAIRA/DYING FETUS drummer, Kevin Talley, who tracked drums on two songs.

DAATH feature in their ranks Sean Farber (vocals),Michael Kameron (synth, backing vocals),Eyal Levi (guitar),Emil Werstler (guitar),Jeremy Creamer (bass),and Matt Ellis (drums).
