DANNY LILKER Lashes Out At BLABBERMOUTH.NET 'Shit-Talkers'

Former S.O.D. and current NUCLEAR ASSAULT/THE RAVENOUS bassist Danny Lilker has asked us to publish the following statement:

"Whenever there is occasion on [BLABBERMOUTH.NET] to mention something I happen to be involved in, I (out of morbid curiosity) look at the comments. And it seems there are one or more people out there that seem to have nothing better to do than to talk shit just for the sake of it. Here is a prime example that was from the 'RAVENOUS To Play Festival In NYC' story:

he did some crappy shit. danny lilker is the ultimate fake satanic trendjumping wannabe. he's a sloppy bass player in severe need of a bath. he just moved out of his moms house last year at age 37. what a freakin' loser. can you say LOSER!

"Now — I know that I should just ignore this infantile bullshit, since it is just verbal diarrhea coming from someone safe in the privacy of their room, and I know it's basically BELOW me to bother responding, but there is something I should make clear: I have never knowingly caused anyone to dislike me, so it is rather obvious that whoever is behind this shit-talking obviously has nothing better to do than do anything possible to discredit me, to the point of absurdity (I don't need a bath, heh heh).

"But know this: the type of person who would say this shit would NEVER have the intestinal fortitude to come out in the open and identify himself, instead choosing to take advantage of Blabbermouth's anonymous structure regarding the comments section. This puts this person on the same level as someone who makes prank phone calls all day.

"The majority of the people who comment on Blabbermouth are obviously dedicated metalheads who make valid comments that actually have relevance to the subject at hand, but unfortunately there are a few losers who talk the type of shit they would NEVER say to my face, which makes them little bitches... No doubt there will be more of the same in the comments below, but here's a message to those who would do so: The more shit you talk, the more you make everyone realize who the REAL loser is, so say what you will, all you're doing is sucking dick. — Danny"
