March 1, 2010

Jon Wiederhorn of the MTV Music Blog recently conducted an interview with vocalist Mikael Stanne of Swedish melodic death metallers DARK TRANQUILLITY about the creation of the band's new album, "We Are the Void"; the addition of new bassist Daniel Antonsson (who replaced veteran player Mikael Niklasson in 2008) and Mikael's newfound obsession with Swedish poetry and mortality.

The mixing duties were once again handled by Tue Madsen (HALFORD, BEHEMOTH, KATAKLYSM, THE HAUNTED) at his Antfarm studio in Århus, Denmark.
