The drums for the CD were recorded at bassist Daniel Antonsson's studio, while the remaining instruments were tracked at Martin Brändström's (electronics) newly renovated Rogue music facility. The mixing duties were once again handled by Tue Madsen (HALFORD, BEHEMOTH, KATAKLYSM, THE HAUNTED) at his Antfarm studio in Århus, Denmark. Working songtitles set to appear on the CD include "I Am The Void", "Zero Distance", "The Burden Of Love Alive", "Archangelsk" and "Memories In Reverse".

DARK TRANQUILLITY,'s new DVD, "Where Death Is Most Alive", entered the Music DVD chart in the band's home country at position No. 1.

SONIC SYNDICATE's new EP, "The Rebellion Pack", was released on November 9. The EP was made available as part of an all-in-one-package with the group's latest album, "Love And Other Disasters". It contains two new tracks — "Rebellion In Nightmareland" and "Burn This City" — which were recently recorded at Abyss studios in Pärlby, outside Ludvika, Sweden with Biggs, who joined the group this past summer.

A new SONIC SYNDICATE album is tentatively due in April/May 2010.

RAISED FIST's fifth album, "Veil Of Ignorance", was released on September 7 via Burning Heart Records. The CD was recorded at Dugout Productions in Uppsala, Sweden with producer Daniel Bergstrand (IN FLAMES, MESHUGGAH). The follow-up to 2006's "Sound Of The Republic" was approached with the same enthusiasm and balls-to-the-wall attitude as before.

RAISED FIST shot a video for the song "Friends & Traitors" in the band's hometown of Luleå.
