DAVE NAVARRO Is Looking Forward To THE PANIC CHANNEL Club Tour

April 5, 2006

THE PANIC CHANNEL, the new band featuring three quarters of the most recent lineup of JANE'S ADDICTION (guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins, and bassist Chris Chaney) and former SKYCYCLE vocalist Steve Isaacs, are finalizing the details on a three-week, 16-date special limited club tour to take place in May/June. "I think we just have to iron down a few more venues and then I'll list the shows here," Navarro writes on his web site. "We will be opening up THE PANIC CHANNEL v2.0 site at the same time and are working towards making some digital downloads available, along with some extra 'stuff' on the site.

"I am so into getting back out on the road," Navarro continued. "It has been since 2003 that I have been on an actual tour.

"The first leg of dates will take place between May and June, and will continue directly after the TV season with more U.S. dates and then on to Europe. That is the plan for the rest of this year for me."

THE PANIC CHANNEL recently completed their debut album, tentatively due late spring via Capitol Records. The CD was produced by Josh Abraham, whose resume includes such multi-platinum artists as KORN, COURTNEY LOVE, LIMP BIZKIT and VELVET REVOLVER, among others. Mixing duties were handled by Ryan Williams, who has previously worked with veteran producer Brendan O'Brien. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "She Won"t Last", "Awake", "Go On", "Blue Bruises", "Loophole", "Bloody Mary", "Said You"d Be", "Why Cry" and "Outsider".
