DAVE NAVARRO Teams Up With LIVE365 To Launch SPREAD RADIO

December 13, 2005

Live365, the world's largest community of Internet radio stations has teamed up with rock icon Dave Navarro (ex-JANE'S ADDICTION, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS) to launch Spread Radio using Live365's turn-key Internet radio services. Navarro will be personally hosting a live broadcast Tuesday and Thursday nights between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (PST) and spontaneously at other times all from his home studio.

Dave will bring his unique personality, celebrity guests and music from all genres together in an eclectic format. Spread Radio Live will be available starting in December at www.live365.com as well as Dave's own web site www.spreadradiolive.com.

"Live365 welcomes Dave to our Internet radio community and eagerly anticipates a unique and compelling show focusing around music, lifestyle and celebrity," says Garrett Jamison, Director, New Business Sales for Live365.com. "Dave's enthusiasm, knowledge of music, celebrity guests and tastemaker status is certainly going to appeal to a wide variety of online listeners."

"I am inspired by the concept of artist driven, interactive radio, where listeners and artists take control of the airwaves," says Dave Navarro. "Spread Radio Live listeners are given the opportunity to connect to the station via IM, to send files, request music, and chat. This kind of connectivity allows me to respond to them in the live format. Thanks to Live365 for the chance to help our community accomplish this."
