DEAD SYNDICATE was born in the fall of 1997 as the brainchild of Michael Arcane and guitarist Jay "Decay" Nowak. After Jay's untimely death in 1999, DEAD SYNDICATE went on a lengthy hiatus. Fortunately, by pure chance, Arcane ran into two amazing young guitarists, Brian Magee and John Styers, in early 2004. After one jam session together, it was clear what had to happen...the mourning period was over...the DEAD SYNDICATE would breathe again.

DEAD SYNDICATE's three-song EP, "Like Razors through Flesh", was released in 2005.
