DEADSY Announce Hollywood Show
May 20, 2004DEADSY, the Los Angeles-based band featuring frontman P. Exeter Blue I (a.k.a. Elijah Blue, son of actress/singer Cher and Gregg Allman),will be playing a show on Monday, June 28 at the Roxy Theatre on the Sunset Strip. It is an all ages show, $10 per ticket. Support will come from Australia's IN THE NAME OF… (formerly CRYOGENIC). DEADSY should go on at 10:00 p.m. Tickets will be available for advance purchase through The Roxy (in person or by phone with a credit card ) and Ticketmaster (subject to surcharge).
As previously reported, DEADSY recently split with Dreamworks Records, the label that released their 2002 debut, "Commencement", The group have spent much of the past two years working on the material for the follow-up album, tentatively titled "Phantasmagore". Songtitles expected to surface on the upcoming CD include "Comforter Cave", "Phantasmagore", "Colossus", "Better Than You Know" and "Heaven and Earth".
