DEATHRASH: Remixed Version Of 'Buried Alive' Posted Online

October 3, 2006

Bassist/founding member Pat Burns of the reunited New Jersey thrashers DEATHRASH has sent the following update to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

"We have added the song 'Buried Alive' to our MySpace page. This is a remixed version of the song that was originally recorded February 1, 1986 for our 'Faces of Death' demo tape. The song also appeared on the 1987 New Renaissance Records release 'Speed Metal Hell 2'. At the time we had no drummer so we asked our friend Tony Scaglione (WHIPLASH, SLAYER, NORTH SIDE KINGS) to help us out and I'm still impressed with the job he did! This track and the updated 2006 version of 'Buried Alive' will appear on our forthcoming CD 'Thrash Beyond Death'."
