DECEASED Guitarist Breaks Wrist, Band Cancels Shows

May 1, 2007

Virginia-based old-school thrash metallers DECEASED have issued the following update:

"The shows in Milwaukee (May 4),Chicago (May 5) and Philadelphia (May 11) this weekend and the following weekend have been cancelled. Shane [Fuegel; guitar] fell down a flight of stairs and broke his wrist. He will be in a cast for 4-6 weeks. We will re-schedule these shows as soon as he is well enough to play again."

DECEASED will enter the studio in the fall to record its new album, "Surreal Overdose", for a tentative late 2007/early 2008 release. Also planned is a re-release of "Fearless Undead Machines" as a two-CD set.
