DECONSTRUCT To Open For NICKELBACK, PUDDLE OF MUDD

Northern California's DECONSTRUCT have secured the opening slot on the NICKELBACK/PUDDLE OF MUDD concert at the Sleep Train Amphitheater in Marysville, CA this Friday, August 27. In addition, the band have announced plans to release a live DVD in September. The disc was produced and directed by Mike Sloat, who has previously worked with MACHINE HEAD on their promotional video for the track "Imperium".

DECONSTRUCT recently released a limited-edition five-track EP of songs from the band's forthcoming full-length release, "The Human Condition". Entitled "The Human Condition - Act I", the EP was produced by DECONSTRUCT guitarist Joe Fraulob and mixed by Grammy award winner Michael Rosen (TESLA, SANTANA, AFI, RANCID, TESTAMENT). The CD features the last tracks recorded by the now-departed drummer Darren Minter (HEATHEN) and songs with his replacement Frost, formerly of LUXT. "The Human Condition" full-length will see a national release in early fall.
