DEEP PURPLE have cancelled their planned benefit concert for The Kangaroos football team in Australia, originally scheduled to take place this Friday. According to organizer Dr. Drew Thompson, due to circumstances beyond the control of the band, the DEEP PURPLE 'Kangaroos benefit' to be held on April 26th has been postponed until later in the year.
