DEEP PURPLE: New Web Site Launched For IAN GILLAN's 40th Anniversary

May 2, 2005

According to a post at Deep-Purple.net, a new web site has been launched to keep fans up to date on developments with forthcoming releases for DEEP PURPLE singer Ian Gillan's 40th anniversary as a professional musician. The company producing the forthcoming TV and DVD documentary, CoolHead Productions, have opened a mailing list so fans can sign up and be in the queue for what's probably going to be an Internet-order-only special edition of the documentary. That, along with all the details of the project so far and a message from Ian Gillan, can be found at www.coolheadproductions.com. Details of the "Gillan's Inn" album, which takes a new look at some old classics from Ian's career (including a few PURPLE favorites),can be found at www.gillan.com.
