DEEPSEND RECORDS Signs Distribution Deal With CENTURY MEDIA

March 12, 2005

Deepsend Records have announced that they signed an exclusive distribution deal with metal giant Century Media. The deal covers North and South America, as well as Canada. The label will be re-issuing back catalog titles as well as all future releases through this agreement. All future releases will now sport CM's trademark logo which has become a staple of excellence in the metal scene for years.

The Hanover, MA-based label will issue a free worldwide sampler CD, appropriately titled "Global Pollution", to officially start this agreement which will feature as of yet unreleased demo or unmixed songs from albums that will be released later this year. This sampler CD will first be available at this year's New England Metal and Hardcore Fest, so those in attendance make sure to stop by our booth and get some free music. Also starting in mid-April all orders placed via the labels mailorder or webstore will receive a free copy of this sampler and 400 subscribers to Unrestrained! magazine will receive a copy in or around May/June.

Deepsend Records will release the brand new studio recording from grind enthusiasts VULGAR PIGEONS, entitled "Burning Episode", on a specially packaged three-inch clear CD with exquisite art by cult artist Pat Thompson. The rest of 2005 will see new albums by MANGLED, FRAGMENTS and WHISPERING GALLERY and two albums from VLE.
